Living in bliss

A few thoughts for your consideration

I do not present these thoughts as Mind Psi Biotics teaching.  They are a part of my life.

A Life well lived

One of the secrets of a life well lived is to take time each day to look at what you have to be grateful for. Look at the happiness and the blessings that you have received in life.  Each evening I tell my wife how important she is to my life and happiness and we share with each other the things that we enjoyed about the day.  We enjoy sharing the pleasures that we have enjoyed and it brings back the pleasant memories again.

Review how you want to spend the rest of your life. Do you have a plan for where you are going in your life, or are you just floating on the sea of life bumping on any shore?  Life works best when you find a rudder for the boat and aim it in a direction.  You have a much better chance of achieving goals and dreams if you know what they are.

What makes you happy?  Make one of your decisions to be happy. When you look at each day you will find that we are faced with many decisions every day.  Each decision in life should be made with the thought of will this lead to my happiness.

Seek and follow the guidance of your high self guides.  You will find that you are on the right path all of the time. 

Synchronicity

Be open and aware of the synchronistic happenings in life.  If your intuition guides you to drive a different route for the day just do it.  If you intuition guides you to say hello to a stranger, just do it - they may have a piece of information that completes a life puzzle for you or it may alter your life course.

Allow intuition to guide you.  Be open to new experiences and to listening to other people, strangers or friends.  Be open to giving other people information that you may have for them.  Allow intuition, your High Self, to guide your voice and thoughts.

If you don't allow yourself to be open to new thoughts and experiences then you are trapped in your own small box that you have created for yourself. 

Enlarge your world and your experiences.  Find your true path to a life fulfilled with enjoyable experiences, friendship and a career that you enjoy, a life of happiness.

Attitude

Attitude will take you a long way in life, as well as on the route to good health. I urge you to have the attitude that you can achieve and have your desires.

Show love to all, anger to none. Being angry can lead to health and mental problems. 

There is a way to learn to treat everyone with love and respect.  If you find that you have spoken to someone in an unpleasant manner - the retraining of this bad habit begins with the unpleasant person saying 'I'm sorry'.

Learn to speak in a pleasant voice even in difficult situations.  Practice it with the people you love, for it is most likely that the people you love are the one's that a moody person will most likely speak to with a cranky tone.  Don't be impatient with family and not treat family as good as they would a friend, a stranger or those you work with.  To be blunt this is called being two faced.  Have one face, a smiling, happy face.  Treat those you love with love, it's that simple.  

Forgive. Forgiving others is a healing power. It doesn't matter what you are mad about, release the anger.  Is your anger doing damage to the person you are angry with? When you think of it in this manner you will discover that the person who is most affected by your anger is yourself.  Search your heart and find a way to forgive those who have hurt you, you will heal yourself if you will do this.

Be grateful for all that you are, have and will become. Everyday review what you have to be grateful for, it's a great exercise.

Each night before going to sleep I ask my wife what she enjoyed today, and I tell her what I enjoyed.  I am able to enjoy a pleasant sleep knowing that we both had happy moments during that day.

  • Treat everyone with love and respect

Learn forgiveness and practice forgiveness and you will have learned one of the healing powers.
